Congratulations to our Ladies First Team who will compete in their first ever Semi Final on Sunday 30th May at home to Yorkshire Amateur!

Following the most recent lockdown, the West Riding County Womens Football League took the decision to null and void the league and instead return to football via a Supplementary Cup format. This involved 28 teams divided into 4 groups with the winner of each group progressing onto the semi finals. 

Dewsbury Rangers were placed into Group D along with Ackworth, Sherburn White Rose, Boroughbridge, Leeds Hyde Park and Pontefract Sports and Social respectively. After playing each team once, the Ladies finished top of the group unbeaten with 4 wins and a draw, scoring eleven goals and condeding six along the way.

This fantastic set of results sees us progress into the Semi Finals where top seeded Yorkshire Amateur lie in wait.

The semi final will take place on Sunday 30th May 2021 at Wakefield Road, 2pm kick off. If you would like to come and support the ladies we ask that you respect and follow the FA and government guidelines in force at the time.
